Makhtoom is a digital loyalty-card platform, a product of Tech Corners Establishment, Commercial Registration No. 7050260822. "The business" is the commercial establishment holding the account; "the end customer" is that business's customer holding a loyalty card through Makhtoom.

By creating a Makhtoom account you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any clause, do not use the service.

Makhtoom provides businesses with digital loyalty stamp cards collected on visits, working from the customer's browser and from Apple Wallet and Google Wallet with no app to download, plus a business dashboard covering card customization, customer and staff management, campaigns and notifications, a digital menu, and growth tools. Available features vary by plan.

• Registration is available to commercial businesses; you confirm the information provided at signup is accurate and kept up to date
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account and your staff accounts
• Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use of your account

• Basic plan: SAR 99/month or SAR 999/year (two months free)
• Growth plan: SAR 199/month or SAR 1,990/year (two months free)

Displayed prices are final and no VAT is added — Tech Corners Establishment is not VAT-registered, so no tax line appears on invoices.

Payments are processed through the Moyasar gateway. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically on the stored card unless you turn renewal off; you can do so at any time from the dashboard, and the service stays active until the end of the paid period. If a renewal fails, a seven-day grace period applies before the account is frozen — cards remain visible to your customers, but no new stamps are accepted until the subscription is renewed.

Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. If the trial ends without a subscription, a grace period applies and the account is then frozen as described in section 4; all your data is restored the moment you subscribe.

• You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from the dashboard — no fees, no questions; the service stays active until the end of the paid period
• You can refund your latest payment in full within 14 days of the payment date, directly from the dashboard; the amount returns to the same card within business days and your subscription reverts to its pre-payment state
• After the window, or for special cases: contact support and we will review your request fairly

Using Makhtoom for any of the following is prohibited:

• Any activity that violates the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Sending spammy or misleading notifications or campaigns to customers
• Attempting to bypass security controls or usage limits, or tampering with the stamping mechanism
• Uploading content (logos, images, text) that infringes third-party rights

We may suspend or terminate violating accounts, with prior notice where feasible.

The business is the owner and controller of its customers' data (see Privacy Policy, section 5). It is responsible for obtaining its customers' consent to collect their data and send loyalty-program notifications, and for using that data only to operate the loyalty program, in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.

By accepting these Terms, you consent to Makhtoom and Tech Corners Establishment displaying your business name and logo in their client listings on the Makhtoom and Tech Corners websites and official marketing materials. You may turn this off at any time from Settings — upon turning it off, the name and logo are removed from the sites within a reasonable period. Turning it off does not affect your use of the platform.

• We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available around the clock, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation — maintenance and unexpected outages can occur
• Wallet notification delivery depends on the Apple and Google platforms and on the customer's device settings, and is not fully within our control
• Each plan has published limits (branches, monthly campaigns), and fair-use limits apply to protect the platform for all subscribers

The Makhtoom platform, its design, code, and trademark belong to Tech Corners. Content uploaded by the business (its logo, images, text) remains its property, with an operational license granted to us to display and process it only as needed to provide the service.

• You can close your account and request data deletion at any time (see Privacy Policy, section 6)
• We may terminate or suspend the service on material breach of these terms, with prior notice where feasible

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (such as lost profit, or data loss caused by factors beyond our control), and our total liability to you does not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not permit to be limited.

We may amend these terms from time to time. For material changes we will update the "last updated" date and notify account holders via the dashboard or email a reasonable period before the change takes effect. Continued use after that means you accept the amended version.

These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent Saudi judicial authorities have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
